GEORGIA COLLINS - Owner & Trainer

37.jpg

Hi, I’m Georgia  the founder, CEO, and trainer behind TC Performance Horses.

I was raised on a 44,000-acre cattle station just south of Charters Towers, where life revolved around livestock, long days in the saddle, and hard but honest work. From a young age, horses were more than just animals to me – they were teammates, teachers, and a lifelong passion.

After graduating from The Rockhampton Grammar School as a proud boarder and Campdraft Team Captain, I went on to become an Agriculture teacher and trainer-assessor. That background gave me not only knowledge but the drive to teach, mentor, and create positive change within the industry.

TC Performance Horses was originally launched under the name FC Performance Horses as a two-person venture. Following a shift in direction and values, the business underwent a full rebrand. Now proudly operating as TC Performance Horses, the team is stronger than ever – run by myself, my partner, and my two sisters, we’re a tight-knit team driven by the same vision: to provide honest, reliable, and high-quality horse training that makes a real difference for both horses and their owners.

I specialise in starting young horses, fine-tuning performance horses, desensitising, and giving brumbies and project horses a fair chance at a new life. Every horse that comes through our gate is treated as an individual, we work with their personality, not against it.

Beyond the round yard, I’m passionate about promoting women in male-dominated spaces, challenging outdated views around brumbies and bush horses, and encouraging others, especially young women to chase their goals with confidence.

At the end of the day, TC Performance Horses is about more than just training. It’s about connection, growth, and building something meaningful with the people and horses we love.

RILEY TRIPLETT - Co Owner

I’m Riley Triplett, co-owner of TC Performance Horses  and while horses haven’t always been my passion, this business and the people behind it definitely are.

I come from a background in bull riding and the rodeo world, where my love for adrenaline, hard work, and pushing limits was born. Horses were never the main focus for me, but over time I’ve come to appreciate the skill, patience, and dedication that goes into what we do here at TC.

While I might not be the one reaching for the bridle first, I’m deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, whether it’s behind the scenes, out mustering, hauling horses, building infrastructure, or supporting the team however they need. I know how much heart and hard work goes into this business, and I’m proud to play a part in helping it grow.

Working alongside Georgia, Ella, and Chelsea – three of the hardest working women I know makes the long days worth it. TC Performance Horses is built on grit, family, and a commitment to doing right by every horse and client that walks through our gate. I’m proud to back that, every step of the way.

ELLA COLLINS - Assistant Trainer

My name is Ella Collins, and I’m proud to be an assistant trainer here at TC Performance Horses.

Horses have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up on our family’s cattle station taught me the value of hard work, consistency, and the importance of building trust with the animals we work alongside. Those early lessons shaped my approach to horsemanship and fuelled my passion for training.

At TC, I work closely with Georgia and Chelsea in every part of the training process. From starting breakers and desensitising young horses to refining more experienced horses, I’m hands-on every day and committed to ensuring each horse reaches its full potential. I believe in giving horses the time and respect they deserve, and I take pride in helping them develop into confident, responsive partners for their owners.

Being part of this family business means more to me than words can explain. It’s not just about horses – it’s about the people we meet, the trust we earn, and the progress we see. There’s nothing more rewarding than knowing you’ve played a role in shaping a horse that someone will go on to love and rely on.

Jemma Church - 2025 Brand Representative

jemma

Hi, I'm Jemma - 19 years old and originally from the small mining town of Moranbah Queensland. Two years ago, I made the leap and moved out of home to work as a nanny on a remote station. It was the prefect fit - combining my love for working with kids and my deep connection to the outback lifestyle I have always known.

Horses have been a massive part of my life for as long as I can remember. My dad grew up with them, and it didn't take long for me to follow in his footsteps. That bond has only grown stronger over the years, and recently I took the exciting step of purchasing my own horse - marking a new chapter in  my horsemanship journey.

Becoming a brand ambassador for TC Performance Horses means the world to me. I'm incredibly proud to represent a team that's built on genuine horsemanship, grit & heart. Everyday - whether I'm caring for kids or in the saddle - I bring my whole self, driven by passion and commitment to doing what I love with integrity and positivity.

Being apart of this team isn't just about riding - it's about living the lifestyle, supporting women in the agricultural & male dominant industry, & helping to break boundaries in the horse world.
